You're probably not surprised that I oppose the
Mt. Soledad cross, and it's not just because I'm
Jewish. It is not a "Latin" cross, it's a Christian
cross. It violates of the separation of church and state.
The group defending it is an evangelical legal group, NOT a military group.
If it's really about the honoring America and the military,
here is my suggestion: remodel it.
